About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and enhance ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the Terminal and Filling Plants.
Ensure compliance with SLS and international standards related to LPG storage, bottling, transportation, and safety.
Supervise daily quality control operations including sampling, leak testing, calibration, and inspections.
Manage internal and external quality audits, including follow-up and implementation of corrective actions.
Address customer complaints through thorough root cause analysis and process improvement.
Coordinate with SLSI and other regulatory bodies to maintain certifications and legal compliance.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all Litro operations.

Candidate Profile:

UGC Approved Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemistry or in a related field.
Professional certification in ISO QMS or any QA related professional qualification.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience preferably in a plant environment, including 3+ years in a managerial or senior QA role.
Strong knowledge of HSE and Quality procedures, quality management Systems in a plant environment is preferred.
A Master's degree would be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Age below 45 years.
