Job Summary

Experience Required: 10+ years

The PMO will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and governance of IT infrastructure projects. This role ensures strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and delivery excellence across infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
Manage the infrastructure project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for senior leadership.
Oversee chargeback models and financial tracking for infrastructure services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network, cloud, data centre, and security.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
Lead project planning workshops, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Promote automation and industrialization of reporting and tracking tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
Support transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and tool integration.
Guide and mentor project managers and junior PMO staff.
Build a community of practice around infrastructure project management.
Conduct lessons learned sessions and promote knowledge sharing.
