Intern - Raw Material Sourcing & Development - MAS Ayathi

Key Responsibilities:

Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support raw material sourcing and development initiatives.
Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and demonstrate people management skills.
Manage communication with suppliers and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Support negotiations and follow-ups to ensure timely sourcing and material readiness.
Perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate in Business Management, Marketing, or Physical Science
High proficiency in IT tools and digital platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong teamwork and adaptability
