Airport Service Agent – SriLankan Airlines

SriLankan Airlines operates across 113 destinations in 59 countries (including codeshare flights) covering Europe, Indian Subcontinent, Far East, Middle East, and Australasia-with an all-Airbus fleet. Your Role as a Brand Ambassador, as a Cargo Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations at the airport and cargo terminals. You'll work in exciting operational areas such as: 

• Airport Service 
• Delivery Airport Service Support 
• Cargo Operations

Who We're Looking For:

• A Sri Lankan citizen 
• Aged between 18 and 26 years (as of 15th June 2025) 
• A holder of 6 passes at the G.C.E. O/L with 4 credits in one sitting, including a credit in English (at any sitting) 
• Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Computer literate and adaptable to digital work environments 
• Smart in appearance and within the prescribed Body Mass Index (BMI)

Training and Career Path:

• Shortlisted applicants will undergo a Foundation Course in Airport Passenger Handling, Ramp Coordination, or Cargo Operations at the SriLankan Aviation College, on a pay-as-you-earn basis. 
• Employment will be on a fixed-term contract basis. 
• Any form of influencing will be considered a disqualification.
