Job Description:

• We’re seeking open-minded and self-driven undergraduates in accounting and finance to join our dynamic team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

• As a Trainee Finance Product Specialist, your work will focus on interpreting and analyzing business requirements to help develop robust, enterprise-grade software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications under the guidance of senior Product Specialists.
• Contribute to the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, functional design, testing, documentation, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and help design effective solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in software development.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Management, or a related professional qualification.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and work collaboratively.
• A proactive mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working in a globally distributed team environment.
• Willingness and ability to work from our office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
