SCOPE

The Senior Executive - Compliance will assist the Regional Compliance Team in ensuring the plants within the SL Region comply with customers' Codes of Conduct, applicable laws & regulations, and Brandix policies & procedures covering labor standards and environmental sustainability with the objective of strengthening Brandix’s position as a compliant vendor (social, buyer/customer, and process).

The role holder is also responsible for scheduling and implementing internal audit plans and ensuring the closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To implement audit programs and information management, including Higg FEM, GOTS/ GRS, SLCP, SMETA, and ensure timely closure of Corrective Action Plan arising from internal and external audits by liaising with internal stakeholders
To assist in the implementation of compliance-related initiatives, such as positive assurance program, obtaining self-audit approvals, and achievement of agreed scores/grading in customers
To carry out preliminary audits and follow up on the closure of CAPs in the onboarding of new customers and factories
To ensure that agreements, licenses, and certifications are renewed prior to expiry and the timely submission of information that is required by customers and third parties from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Environmental Management, Textile Engineering, or related field.
2 to 3+ years of relevant experience in the compliance function, with strong technical knowledge of audit and compliance processes
