We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to manage customer expected product development needs, through a collaborative effort, with internal & external stake holders to make sure the product gets commercialized within the defined customer calendar which ultimately deliver customer satisfaction & business profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement seasonal newness with design to commercialization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to fuel customers’ seasonal pipeline.
- Drive to improve the timelines, Cost accuracy and competitiveness to sustain and grow the business.
- Managing customer TNA for drive the internal team cross functional activities to achieve customer & internal deadlines.
- Liaise with internal teams & drive to meet the deadline by sharing Internal/external communications documents such as BOM/LT chart with the accuracy and consistency of work right first time.
- Update and manage connected systems to ensure accurate flow of data and support the Account Manager in the strategic business Development in order to grow and sustain the business.
- Identify the gaps in the current process, propose and plan initiatives for improvements and monitor and measure the progress of the initiatives.
- Plan internal and external communication to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework, including upholding the MAS Values, following company policies & procedures, best practices (where the group/ company policies and procedures are not defined) relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in Apparel Manufacturing.
- Marketing skills and Material development knowledge would be added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and good people management.
