About the job Intern - Talent Development

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard & Training Management

Track, record, and maintain data on all trainings, workshops, and Tech Talks
Update training plans and monitor employee progress
Support in closing completed trainings by ensuring documentation and data accuracy

Mandatory Training Coordination

Conduct timely follow-ups with employees on mandatory training completion
Maintain and update trackers to ensure compliance requirements are met

Certification Management

Track all employee certifications and upcoming renewals
Liaise with partners such as Google, AWS, Azure, and Huawei to meet certification requirements and coordinate learning journeys

Research & Content Support

Research new training models, learning methodologies, and industry trends
Explore e-learning modules to be hosted on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Provide input for improving learning pathways and digital learning content

Culture & Engagement Initiatives

Support the planning and logistics of culture-related events and engagement activities
Assist in driving initiatives that strengthen organizational values and employee experience

Person Specifications:

Undergraduate in HR, Business Management, or a related field
Strong interest in Learning & Development and organizational culture
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn with a "can-do attitude.
