Job Responsibilities:
 

• Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and other IT assets for new and existing employees.
• Manage and maintain the company’s IT asset inventory (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.).
• Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs on laptops, desktops, and related peripherals.
• Install and update operating systems and required applications according to company policies.
• Assist users with hardware and connectivity issues.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensure proper disposal or repurposing of retired IT equipment.
• Support basic network connectivity troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, printers, shared drives).
• Collaborate with the IT team to enforce security policies (encryption, antivirus, patching).
• Provide on-site support for hardware setup in offices (monitors, docking stations, etc.).
  
   

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Hardware, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, or Ubuntu systems.
• Enthusiastic about learning IT operations and technical support.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
