About Our Client Partner

Our client partner is a UK-based IT consultancy specializing in enterprise solutions, including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. With a strong track record of delivering successful projects for clients across various industries, they have recently expanded their operations to Sri Lanka to serve the growing market. They are now looking for a talented and motivated Junior Project Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: You will assist in the daily operational management of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in line with project goals.
• Sprint Management: Facilitate daily stand-ups and other scrum ceremonies, helping to remove impediments and ensure the team is on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for team members, communicating project updates, risks, and issues to the senior project managers and other key stakeholders.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Support: Provide support to the project team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to complete their tasks effectively.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a project management or a similar role, with exposure to basic project management and scrum methodologies.
• A strong interest in IT consultancy and enterprise solutions like SAP or Dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and a can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
