Job Description:

Assist L2/L3 engineers with day-to-day operational tasks such as system monitoring, log reviews, and basic troubleshooting
Support documentation activities, including SOP updates, configuration records, and knowledge base creation
Perform routine health checks on servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems under supervision
Provide first-level support for non-critical incidents and escalate issues appropriately
Participate in project implementation activities, gaining exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments

Person Specification:

Completed or following a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics, or equivalent discipline
