Intern - Human Resources MAS Legato Malabe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create impactful internal communication material aligned with the HR and Sustainability pillars of MAS Legato.
Plan and coordinate key Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of related activities.
Support in organizing employee engagement programs that enhance workplace culture and foster employee well-being.
Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives while organizing awareness sessions, forums, and campaigns, and developing engaging materials to amplify visibility and success.
Provide comprehensive support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to facilitate a seamless employee onboarding process.
Follow up on essential physical documentation across the employee lifecycle with precision and care.
Update learning and development records in a timely manner, paying attention to detail and supporting in organizing training programs.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Graduate or undergraduate in Business Management, Human Resources or Leadership and Management, or equivalent qualification through a diploma or professional qualification.
Previous involvement in clubs and societies in community services would be an added advantage.
Experience in CANVA or any other graphic design-related software.
Strong command of English in both written and spoken.
Strong passion about social causes with a creative mind and an ability to multitask.
Ability to travel as and when the need arises.
