Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the customer’s voice by:
  • Organizing regular meetings.
  • Sharing product information.
  • Providing solutions for quality-related issues.
  • Influencing internal teams to follow strict customer guidelines for successful quality audits.
• Ensure First Time Through (FTT) of all styles to support smooth, uninterrupted production.
• Conduct regular problem-solving meetings with internal teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Align with the PPA (Product Process Approval) process, promoting standardized approaches and continuous process improvements.
• Coach Team Leaders and Group Leaders to enhance job role execution effectively.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Executives, Industrial Engineers, and Autonomation Engineers to implement digitization and autonomation initiatives.
• Uphold customer specifications and end-consumer requirements, ensuring products meet quality standards by adhering to SOPs and STWs.
• Translate consumer needs into processes that error-proof the product for reliable outcomes

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in Engineering, Applied science, Chemistry, or Physical Science.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with a product-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills combined with an innovative approach to problem-solving
