Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Planning Intern, based in Biyagama. The intern will assist in planning and managing events, coordinating logistics, and supporting project management tasks. Responsibilities include organizing event details, communicating effectively with teams and vendors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring successful event execution.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to organize and execute successful events.
Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
Experience or knowledge in Project Management and Planning to handle event timelines and logistics.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills for efficient event coordination.
Proficiency in using event management tools or software is a plus.
Currently pursuing or completing a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
