KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify opportunities to improve SMV and streamline production processes.
Apply GSD, conduct thread calculations, and develop accurate style files.
Collaborate with engineers and mechanics to create automation solutions.
Prepare Standard Time Work (STW) and effective production layouts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognized university or NDT Diploma or SLITA or Textile Management.
Textile and clothing background would be preferable.
Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
Strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with the stakeholders at all levels.
