KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive liability product (CASA) sales and meet business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team towards achieving targets
- Build and strengthen customer relationships while expanding the liability portfolio
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory guidelines
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in liability products sales (Banking/Financial Services)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver results
- Ability to identify business opportunities and grow the customer base
YOU NEED:
- A passion for sales
- Experience in handling deposits/liability products
- Drive to lead a winning team
