JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive liability product( Fixed Deposits) sales and meet business objectives
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team towards achieving targets
Build and strengthen customer relationships while expanding the liability portfolio
Ensure to adhere with internal processes and regulatory guidelines

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 3 years of experience in liability/ products sales (Banking/Financial Services)
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to deliver results
Ability to identify business opportunities and grow the customer base

YOU NEED:
