Key Responsibilities:

Loyalty Program Operations & Management

Assist in the day-to-day management of the loyalty program, including member onboarding and support.

Marketing Campaign Execution

Plan and execute loyalty marketing campaigns including promotions, events, exclusive member offers, and personalized communications.
Work with Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Creative teams to develop campaign content
Track, report, and optimize campaign performance using key KPI metrics

Customer Segmentation & Insights

Leverage customer data to develop member segments and deliver targeted campaigns.
Generate insights on member behavior, churn risk, and program performance.
Assist in creating dashboards and reports for management review.

Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, finance, IT, operations) and external vendors (CRM, rewards partners) to execute initiatives.
Ensure smooth communication and alignment on loyalty goals and execution timelines.

Program Innovation & Enhancements

Support testing and rollout of new loyalty features (gamification, partnerships, referral programs).
Benchmark with competitors and global best practices to recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement.
Qualifications related to Digital marketing is a plus
Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Social Platforms, CRM platforms, campaign tools, and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience with digital communication tools (email marketing, SMS, push notifications) is also preferred.
