Associate - Plant Digital Evangelist - MAS Intimates Pannala

MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. This role would enable you to Propose appropriate data-capturing mechanisms and implement the same within the business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather key Business decisions and problems to solve using data.
• Coach and Train divisional teams on the use of data science in decision-making.
• Drive towards tangible business impact through the implemented solutions.
• Provide support to wider teams within the division and share knowledge when demanded.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Business Management/Statistics/Decision Science/Analytics or Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Use of Power BI/Excel or similar tool for data visualisation will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of lean will be an added advantage.
