About The Job

Domino’s Pizza Sri Lanka is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Maintenance to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across our 49 outlets nationwide. This role involves managing a team of Maintenance Executives and Assistants, ensuring smooth operations, timely repairs, and preventive maintenance for all restaurant facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and supervise a team of 02 Maintenance Executives and Maintenance Assistants to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance across all outlets.
• Ensure minimum downtime of equipment and maintain business continuity through quick response to breakdowns.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate with suppliers/contractors for outsourced services.
• Monitor maintenance costs, control expenses, and ensure cost-efficient solutions without compromising quality.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to assess facility conditions and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and improvements.
• Support management in capital projects and new outlet setups when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing teams and field-based maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
