About the job

The Job:

Assist in building organizational capability for short- and long-term learning and development strategies to facilitate seamless operations.
Ensure learning curriculums are created in consultation of HR Business partners and aligned to the business needs.
Create academy content aligned with vision, strategy, and learner requirements.
Develop relationships with learning content providers, business schools and ensure up to date content is maintained.
Design learning curriculums and duly follow-up of same through implementation.
Responsible to establish a methodology to enhance professional development of employees by providing a range of learning and development opportunities and frameworks.
Establish a process to continuously monitor and improve the training evaluation process to deliver the desired training outcomes.
Responsible for developing a mechanism to identify the training needs of all employees and incorporate them into coherent Annual Training Plans.
Engage in testing e-learning modules and online assessments to ensure quality assurance.

The Person:

A Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized university.
Minimum 4-5 years overall experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Learning and Development role.
Certification in Learning and Development will be an added advantage.
Specialized knowledge in Learning and Development content building and designing curriculums.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.
