Senior Executive (Plant Lean Enterprise)- MAS Linea Aqua Naiwala

Linea Aqua is a swimwear manufacturer, established as a joint venture between MAS Holdings and Speedo International in 2001.We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to deploy & sustain Lean concepts & tools and develop employees lean manufacturing knowledge in order to enrich productivity and quality of the operational process of the Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities

Support implementation of Linea Aqua policy deployment in order to align with MAS corporate policy.
Implement and drive action plans to achieve company lean strategy.
Facilitate lean training required to implement a lean culture.
Facilitating project charters
Facilitating the use of LEAN tools
Develop team and self to meet the business requirement.
Liaise with external trainers to get them in for training
Coordinate with internal parties to provide training
Plan and monitor training sessions.

Knowledge and Skills

Degree or Equal in Business Administration, Science or Mathematics
Three years relevant industry experience
Personal Characteristics such as being a motivator, good communicator, leader, focused negotiator and a good listener.

Good Listening Communication Leadership Negotiable
