Senior Executive – Quality Assurance - MAS Silueta (Biyagama)

Silueta is an innovative solutions provider that has altered the dynamics of the apparel industry, empowering your body to move freely and comfortably while enhancing and safeguarding your movements We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Senior Executive – Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

-Guide / advise relevant quality Supervisors / Auditors / End-Checkers in the event of frequently occurring printing / molding / Finishing issues in order to identify cause and follow up with correct action.

-Verify accurate maintenance of AQL reports, reject reports, quality audit reports, etc in order to ensure that all procedures for quality assurance pertaining to Lamination-Dispatch of molded product are accurately captured and presented.

-Chair the pilot run and pilot appraisal meetings to discuss the potential quality failures and ensure the smooth functioning of the production process.

-Check the reject report with and take required countermeasures with cutting, printing, flocking finishing and ensure measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill and Competencies:

-Degree in the relevant Physical Science field.

-Minimum of 5 years experience.
