Manager – Management Systems Private Limited 

Our client is a key service provider to the banking and finance sector. As a part of their ongoing technology-driven business development program, aimed at expanding the reach and coverage in the financial industry, they are seeking dynamic professionals to fill the following positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all the regulatory/operational requirements related to Data Governance Are timely enforced and delicately followed up.
• Ensure that all the organization's activities are complied with the data protection regulations.
• Design, implement and review appropriate data protection & governance framework aligned with the statutory & industry standards.
• Act as a primary contact point for data protection matters with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement an operational governance structure to instill Compliance accountability & transparency for enhancing the data Protection framework within the organization.

The Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Should  possess Professional Certifications such as COPSE(TSACA), EU-GDRP-P, CIPP/E or equivalent.
• Attorney at Law or Law degree holder, specializing in Data Protection will be an added qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Data Protection Officer role or similar role preferably in the finance industry.
• Experience in handling data breach responses, internal audits, and risk assessments entreated to data protection & governance.
• Good Communication and Time Management Skills, Working under pressure and multitasking capabilities.
