Job Profile:

Achieve laid down KPI's and objectives on Islamic Banking (IB) Deposits and Advances
Develop new and strengthen existing key revenue-generating relationships within the Islamic Banking Segment
Structure Islamic Banking Products to effectively meet diverse customer requirements
Evaluate and submit credit appraisals and reviews
Assist the branch network in identifying business opportunities, facilitating negotiations, and actively promoting Islamic Banking products and services
Improve the quality of the IB portfolio and collaborate with the branch network to implement Islamic Banking strategies for achieving short and long-term objectives

Applicant's Profile:

Be below 28 years
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance,

A professional qualification in Banking and Finance (such as a Diploma in Applied Banking and Finance or an equivalent) or Islamic Banking from a recognized university or professional body
Minimum 03 years of experience in Islamic Banking credit and/or operational work
Solid knowledge of Islamic Banking product structures
Be literate in IT (Microsoft Office package)
Proficiency in Sinhala / Tamil languages along with English

Microsoft Office Communication in English and Sinhala\Tamil Stakeholder Communication Strong Leadership
