Position Overview

 

We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate individuals to join our team as Assistant Manager – Sales & Student Counsellors. This role is a hardcore sales position, responsible for driving student enrolments, achieving sales targets, and providing end-to-end counselling for prospective students.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by performance-based results.

 

The ideal candidate will:

 

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual student recruitment and sales targets.
  • Conduct student counselling sessions to guide prospective students on available programs, career pathways, and enrolment processes.
  • Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries through phone, email, walk-ins, and digital leads.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure successful conversions.
  • Plan and execute marketing and recruitment activities (school visits, education fairs, seminars, etc.) to generate leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Provide timely reporting on sales performance, lead pipeline, and market feedback.

 

Requirement:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development (education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, exposure to HubSpot would be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities and events.
