Ebenezer Double-Edged Solutions is a management consultancy and training company serving multiple customers across different industries. This internship will offer you exposure across multiple industries as we serve customers from different industries.

We are looking to enrol Customer Management Interns to work with our Consultant Team in managing customer requirements related to Marketing consultancy and Training Projects. This is not a sales role. The internship will give you exposure to Marketing, Business Development, and Service in a B2B environment.

We offer our interns direct exposure to customer management, management consultancy, and Exposure to Training and Development.

This internship will be of low value if your field of study is in IT, Management Systems, Software development, Science, Engineering, Designing, or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Assist in administrative duties and key account management.
• Assist in organising and coordinating training events and be exposed to client management.
• Collaborate with our Consultancy Team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Contribute to conducting Market research.
• Work full-time at our office based in Colombo
• Have the opportunity to move into a Management Trainee position in six months.

Qualifications:

What we require:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Be able to work 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday at our office premises in Colombo and Half a day on Saturdays, working from home.
• Skills: Strong leadership, planning and coordination, ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and work under pressure when necessary to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required for this role.
