Key Responsibilities:

Create & validate order forms/contracts
Manage renewals and update internal systems
Ensure compliance with policies & frameworks
Collaborate with SMEs, Quality Check & Sales teams
Maintain high accuracy and process efficiency

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (Management, Commerce, Finance, CIMA, ACCA & BIT/MIT (business/management side))
1–3 years’ experience in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Renewals, Order/Contract Management
Strong analytical skills & eye for detail
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
