Responsibilities:

Manage order processing & ensure accuracy
Coordinate deliveries & work with courier partners
Handle customer inquiries & resolve issues
Maintain operational records & reports
Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a professional work environment.
