KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct audits of Service Desk tickets to ensure compliance and quality.
Review and audit Service Desk calls for accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Assign incoming tickets to the appropriate IT support staff for resolution.
Follow up on users' negative feedback to address concerns and improve service.
Prepare detailed Service Desk reports for performance analysis and review.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
