Intern - Human Resources - MAS Intimates Pallekale

MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. Key responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support communication initiatives
• Maintain HR databases and support reporting requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support people-related processes

Required qualifications:

• Degree or pursuing studies in Management or a related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic IT knowledge (MS Office tools)
• Strong interpersonal and people relationship skills
