What we are looking for:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional proficiency in English, Sinhala written and spoken, is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passionate about entrepreneurship and eager to learn and explore.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in specific tools or software, e.g., “Microsoft Office Suite, Chat GPT, Google Workspace.”
• Basic knowledge of editing software like Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut is a plus.
• Pursuing a qualification in Business, Marketing, or a similar field will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, at the Pannipitiya office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research on entrepreneurship-related topics and course–related content.
• Assist in the creation of reports, presentations, and whitepapers.
• Filter assigned books according to guidelines and craft engaging scripts from the content.
• Contribute to the creative aspects of course development (Edit Plan).
• Participate in course production (If Needed).
