Job Scope 

Carry out graphic design and specific tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Multimedia Officer of the division to ensure alignment with the organization’s creative standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Carry out tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Multimedia Officer to ensure alignment with the organization’s creative standards and objectives.  
• Design and develop all required graphic and multimedia content for various projects.  
• Conceptualize and create engaging content such as social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.  
• Assist in report preparation by handling typesetting (English/Sinhala), design, and layout  
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure creative expectations are met.  
• Provide expert design guidance to align with brand identity and marketing goals.  
• Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality output.  
• Check designs for errors and make necessary corrections before finalizing.  
• Develop initial rough drafts and refine them based on feedback.  
• Manage and maintain creative assets, including images, videos and templates  
• Generate, edit and publish social media content, including tests, images and videos. 

Qualifications: 

• Should possess a Certificate/Diploma Course in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts from a recognized Institute or NVQ Level 04 qualifications in the relevant field 
• Proficiency in industry–standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 
• Knowledge of Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools will be an added advantage. 
• Should possess experience in type setting and layout design (English and Sinhala)  
• Should possess familiarity with printing processes and production techniques 
• Should possess 04 years of experience in the relevant field, inclusive of apprenticeship/Training period and course period 

Age Limit:

Below 35 years on the closing date for applications
