Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colombo for Advisors, Leader and Managers. The primary responsibilities include managing, motivating, and developing a team of advisors to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. The role involves guiding advisors in implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring their performance, and providing constructive feedback. The Advisors Leader and Manager will also identify training needs, facilitate professional development, and oversee client relationship management to ensure goals are met while maintaining high service standards.
