Influencer Marketing Executive

As an Influencer Marketing Executive at Spa Ceylon, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and product visibility. Your role will involve identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with influencers who align with our brand values and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Strategy and Identification:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Identify and research potential influencers whose values and audience align with Spa Ceylon.

2. Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Initiate and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and compensation agreements with influencers.

3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content that highlights Spa Ceylon products and brand messages.
- Coordinate and manage influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

4. Content Approval and Compliance:
- Ensure that influencer-created content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with regulatory standards.
- Monitor content for authenticity and compliance with agreed-upon terms.

5. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of influencer campaigns.
- Generate reports on key metrics, insights, and ROI analysis.

6. Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify influencers who align with brand values and target audience.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative influencer campaigns.
