As an Ecommerce Assistant at Spa Ceylon, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining and optimizing our online store. Your role will encompass various aspects of ecommerce operations, ensuring a smooth customer experience, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to enhance online sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Store Management:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the Shopify platform, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product launches and promotions are effectively executed on the website.
2. Data Analysis:
- Utilize Shopify analytics and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Generate reports on sales, customer behavior, and product performance to inform business decisions.
3. Website Optimization:
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to optimize the website for user experience and conversion rate.
- Implement A/B testing and other strategies to enhance website performance.
4. Ecommerce Trends and Best Practices:
- Stay informed about industry trends and ecommerce best practices.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve the online shopping experience.
5. Plugin Management:
- Handle the installation, configuration, and updating of Shopify plugins to improve site functionality.
- Stay informed about new plugins and technologies that could enhance the ecommerce experience.
6. Email Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales on Klaviyo.
- Segment customer lists, create visually appealing emails, and analyze campaign performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Shopify and managing ecommerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
