Job Description
We’re on the lookout for dynamic, open-minded, and innovative industry experts inManufacturing and Project domains within our Unified Support division.
Being an expert in the relevant business domain with a thorough knowledge of industry best practices, you will be in the front line providing global support services to IFS Customers worldwide. Your exposure will be related to the Manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Production & Maintenance, Chemical & Process, Mechanicalor equivalent.
- 1+ years’ of hands-on experience working inManufacturing and Projects and thorough knowledge of working with different business applications.
- The ability to efficiently engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders while contributing to product/solution management activities.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, along with the ability to apply expertise & technology to achieve work objectives.
Working Environment
- 24x7x365 operation based on a 5-team shift roster
