Territory Sales Manager
We are looking for a passionate personality to join our Sales team.
JOB PROFILE
Achieve new customer acq isition targets.
- Drive revenue targets by focusing on value & volume sales at retail.
- Acquisition of outlets & new channels to strengthen the
- distribution network.
- Managing the distributor effectively & efficiently ensuring a profitable ROI result.
- Training, development & motivation of distributor staff and sales executives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum four years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Full or part qualification in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Exposure in telecommunication distribution operation or FMCG distribution operation.
- Exposure to operation of channel driven sales paradigm.
- Excellent Team Player with the ability to move with different calibers of people and drive them towards one common goal.
- Ability to work under tremendous pressure and minimal supervision to deliver results.
