Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a passionate personality to join our Sales team.



Achieve new customer acq isition targets.

  • Drive revenue targets by focusing on value & volume sales at retail.
  • Acquisition of outlets & new channels to strengthen the
  • distribution network.
  • Managing the distributor effectively & efficiently ensuring a profitable ROI result.
  • Training, development & motivation of distributor staff and sales executives.



  • Minimum four years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Full or part qualification in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing.
  • Exposure in telecommunication distribution operation or FMCG distribution operation.
  • Exposure to operation of channel driven sales paradigm.
  • Excellent Team Player with the ability to move with different calibers of people and drive them towards one common goal.
  • Ability to work under tremendous pressure and minimal supervision to deliver results.
