Paid Media Executive

As a Paid Media Executive at Spa Ceylon, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in digital advertising to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Paid Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences, budget allocation, and campaign objectives.

2. Campaign Execution:
- Create and launch paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust targeting parameters, and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs).

3. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
- Provide regular budget reports and recommendations for optimization.

4. Ad Creative Development:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand messaging and resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing ad variations.

5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns.
- Generate comprehensive reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

6. Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and changes in the paid media landscape.
- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns, preferably in the e-commerce or wellness industry.
- Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of engaging ad creatives.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
