Support Specialist
We are currently look — out for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Odoo team in Sri Lanka. The team is responsible for implementation projects and for helping Odoo customers with their use of Odoo business apps.
Requirements
- Passion to serve customer requests, good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Should be a good team player
- A positive can-do attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks
- Prior experience in ERP systems would be an added advantage
- School leavers are welcome to apply too
Job Description
- Work closely with the technical team and the business operation
- team and attend to all the level 1 support requests from end users
- Provide end user training where required
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing and support the development team in
- troubleshooting and documenting customer requirements
- Update job knowledge through training on various products, networks and processes
