The candidate is expected to maintain professionalism and empathy in dealing with customers and willing to go the extra miles to secure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Professionally handle incoming inquiries and ensure that calls and customer visits are attended to both promptly and vigilantly to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships among prospective students, currents students, and alumni and their parents through interaction and proactive outreach campaigns
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our customers always.
• Manage and prioritise multiple concerns, tasks, and inquiries including system support when required.
• Handling and resolving customer concerns or conflicts, to maintain high service standards.
• Work in alliance with the marketing team, participate in outreach efforts, and proactively identify program development points
 
 
Requirements and Qualifications
• Possess a degree or Diploma qualification or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution.
• Prior related experience in Educational Industry or similar desired not mandatory.
• Background in marketing or Customer service especially a focus on customer insights and customer behavior is a plus.
• 1+years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
• Between the ages of 25-35 years.
• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
•  Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
•  Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
•  Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed.
• High skill level in Microsoft Excel and email systems required.
