JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management or an equivalent professional qualification
- Having 1 to 2 years of work experience in payment card centre marketing and merchant acquisition will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala. Tamil is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of payment cards systems and payment gateway systems
- High affinity for business networking and established connections in the payments industry is crucial
- Project Management skills with exposure in product development
- Critical thinker with a creative approach to problem solving
- Self-managed, motivated with attention to detail and willingness to work under pressure
- Team Player with an attitude to learn and work with other departments and parties
- Result oriented with the passion to transform the payments and E- commerce landscape in the country
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (especially Excel) and analytical skills
- COVID-19 fully vaccinated
