Senior Brand Manager
The Role
Develop and implement annual brand plans measured with clear KPI's for the assigned products
Working pro-actively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear measurable objectives are set and plans are implemented in line with brand goals
Work with agencies to develop and implement marketing campaigns that reflect brand position and deliver a strong ROI
Work with Customer Marketing on the execution of customer activation plans
Monitor and report on sales performance in relation to brand and business plans on the given products and recommend action plans where actions are needed
Routinely monitor & review the effectiveness of all brand expenditures
Developing brand partnerships
Implementation of NPD, trade promotions and POS drives
Developing and delivering Trade presentations
The Individual
A degree, specialized in marketing/ management with part qualification in CIM or SLIM
Minimum 10 years' experience in FMCG sector (Preferably food brand management)
Excellent PR skills, communication skills and negotiation skills
