Role Description:
- Champion the adoption of enterprise digital platforms across departments.
- Support end-users in effectively utilizing digital tools through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
- Track platform usage and recommend strategies for improving adoption and user experience.
- Promote a culture of innovation and digital fluency within the organization.
- Assist Digital Projects in planning, executing, and monitoring digital transformation initiatives in line with strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional digital initiatives with IT, business units, and external vendors. Help set up cross functional teams with department heads for data analysis and digital initiatives.
- Ensure on-time delivery and performance of digital tools and solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
- Develop progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions and suggest refinements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management/Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or process improvement roles.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, Workflow Automation and BI platforms is essential.
- Familiarity with digital transformation methodologies and platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL) is a must
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
