As PMO Officer you will be expected to:
- Take an active part in planning, facilitating, participating in and following up on cross functional projects and initiatives run by the COO Office.
- Play a central role in establishing practices for R&D teams to fully leverage project management capabilities of IFS Applications.
- Initiate and administer projects using functionalities available in IFS business application.
- Create documentation, presentation and surveys as part of product communication or process rollouts.
- Maintain relevant segments of the IFS Intranet and Workplace in order to facilitate timely and accurate distribution of information.
- Share knowledge, guide and train colleagues in the use of systems, intranet etc.
- Contribute to improvements in projects, services and processes.

Requirements:
To be a successful PMO Officer at IFS your attitude is key. You are open-minded, self-driven, take initiative, a quick learner and are able to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of working within a project-based organization.
- Very good coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively whilst working on multiple initiatives.
- Understanding of business systems. Experience in working with IFS Applications is a definite advantage
- Excellent English communication & documentation skills
