Job Profile

• Develop brand marketing plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Develop marketing communication strategies as well as marketing campaigns and deploy same.
• Liaise with agency partners (creative, media and activation agencies) to create and implement brand plans.
• Manage new product innovations on the brand and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure networks land on—time, in-full.
• Gather, collate and analyze data on market trends, category performance, brand performance.
• Manage brand budgets in order to maximize return on investment.
• Prepare and present reports or presentation on the category and brand performance.
• Manage day to day activities on the brand.

Candidate Profile

• Should have a Bachelor‘s Degree in Marketing from a reputed local university.
• Should have professional qualifications like SLIM in hand.
• Should be aged in between 20 — 25.
• Should reside in and around Colombo.
• Should be a knowledge expert in Marketing and Branding Communication filed.
• Should have good spoken and written proficiency in English and Sinhalese.
• Should have IT savvy with basic proficiency in MS Office package.
