Manager - IT Infrastructure Services
We are on the look out for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join MAS Capital - Technology Services team as Manager - IT Infrastructure Services to delivering a robust and secure IT infrastructure to the organization while also overseeing the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the systems and personnel that are at the core of the infrastructure. Further, require to oversee and futureproof - manage data, information, and technology in a most proactive way whilst, the role includes networking, cloud-based services, data management and storage, and supervising and leading staff in various IT-related roles. Alone with, involve to handle power to service infrastructure to the handoff to various service providers, vendors and outsourced partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the enterprise wide outsourcing of all server and infrastructure services.
- Handle multiple vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, finance oversight, technology and operation requirements and ongoing service level agreements.
- Coordinate major data centre and disaster recovery build outs and hardware refreshes while adhering to business outage windows.
- Implement procedural and process improvements that provide for better time tracking, contract management, inventory management and SLA tracking/reporting.
- Manage and lead team of engineers responsible for systems, storage, networking and cloud architecture.
- Identify maintenance windows for system support, back-ups, patch management, and technology refreshes.
- Ensure infrastructure meets or exceeds service level agreements and operations aligned to IT Support and Company Strategy.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA / Degree / Postgraduate qualification in IT or Project Management or any other equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Prior experience in leading a data center operation would be a requirement
