What will be your key accountabilities (outcomes you will drive)?

• Participate in strategic business initiatives and other transformational programmes from development to successful execution
• The role is the right hand to the Chief of Staff (CoS), representing the CoS and providing a buffer between the executive and their direct-reporting team.
• The role typically operates in highly ambiguous environments. As a multi-talented professional you will wear many hats, with multifarious responsibilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) aiding the CoS in overseeing daily operations.

 
What knowledge and skills are expected in an ideal candidate?

• Following a degree in Business Administration or similar, and some level of international exposure preferred.
• Attention-to-detail, active listening skills and emotional intelligence in order to ‘read the room’ and pick up on social cues.
• Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new things fast and work independently, exercising good judgment in autonomy.
