LEGAL OFFICER (Southern Region)
Job Description
• Drafting/FinaIizing all types of Mortgage Bonds and other related security documents
• Negotiating contracts with customers for lending and service providers and proposal preparation through contract execution and administration
• Effective liaising and coordination With external and internal customers
• Handling litigation independently
Requirements
• Conversant in Reccwery. Commercial and Banking Laws
• Thorough knowledge n examination of title to lands and attending to Notarial work
• Knowledge in drafting, reviewing and executing Commercial Agreements
• Age - below 35 years
Experience
• Attorney-at-Law with minimum 3 years post qualified experience in conveyancing
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala {written & verbal)
• Gnad interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Self-motivated results and task Oriented *rson
• Effective negotiation skills
• Capability to handle volumes and work under pressure
