Key Account Executives - David Pieris Motor Company Limited
• Point of contact for all jobs and inquiries received from existing customers.
• Build strong relationship with existing and new customers for long term and substainable business growth
• Ensure effective communication and marketing activities to cater to custotner needs
• Prepare reports and other management request Within given dead lines
• Effectively coordinate between operational departments and customers
• Follow uo and convert prospective new business leads recieved from the sales team
Requirements
• Diploma in Logistics or a similar professional qualification from a recognized university / institute.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in key accounts management / customer service in the field of logistics.
• Innovative, dynamic and able to Work to tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and an analytical mindset
• Result oriented with the ability to bring in fresh and innovative ideas.
• Team player with demonstrated leadership skills
